Job description:
We are looking for independent sales agents, both male and female, who are qualified and experienced in luxury real estate to join our dynamic team.
As an independent agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing transactions and providing exceptional service to a discerning clientele.
Your remit:
Prospecting for properties (estates, villas, flats)
Developing a portfolio of clients and properties
Presenting properties in a professional manner using high-end marketing tools

Skills required:
Mastery of sales techniques (greeting customers, listening, analysing demand, making proposals in line with customer expectations) with an upmarket, international clientele.
Ability to develop a market
In-depth knowledge of the local property market and trends in the luxury sector
Your profile:
At least 5 years' successful experience in transactions
Good level of English
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Rigorous and methodical
Dynamic and determined
Excellent interpersonal skills
