The profile we are looking for
We are looking for a professional capable of building a sustainable business and who has:
• proven experience in residential property transactions;
• excellent knowledge of the Annecy area or Haute-Savoie;
• an active local network and a strong ability to prospect;
• a polished presentation and excellent communication skills;
• a high level of discretion, availability and reliability;
• strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex transactions;
• excellent organisation and the ability to work autonomously;
• a good level of professional English.
Your role
You will be responsible for:
• developing your portfolio of sellers and your network of referral partners;
• prospecting within your market and securing listings aligned with the agency’s positioning;
• carrying out property valuations and advising owners on their marketing strategy;
• advising and supporting French and international clients;
• organising viewings and leading negotiations;
• managing transactions through to the signing of the final deed;
• representing the values and standards of Annecy Sotheby’s International Realty with the highest level of professionalism.
