Filos
Young people from Menthon-Saint-Bernard committed to solidarity causes
On 19 October, the Filos association organised the Menthon en Rose event as part of Pink October. The aim of this initiative is to raise public awareness of breast cancer screening, a cause that affects many women.
Filos, founded by the residents and young people of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, is a committed association that brings together a dynamic team with a desire to make a difference. Its aim is to organise sporting events dedicated to charitable causes, promoting links between generations and creating friendly, supportive moments. Through its various actions, Filos aims to raise public awareness of important issues and actively support charitable projects while promoting well-being and sharing.
During this event, participants ran a 3km loop through the village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, creating a great opportunity for solidarity. All funds raised will be donated to the Comité Féminin pour le dépistage du cancer du sein to support their prevention efforts.
