The ten-year warranty protects against defects in the solidity of the property for ten years from delivery. Finally, the biennial warranty covers your equipment for two years after delivery.

The property tax exemption is total if the property is a primary or secondary residence, but partial if it is used for purposes other than residential (industrial, commercial, etc.). In addition, notary fees are considerably reduced, representing between 2% and 3% of the total transaction amount, compared with 7-8% for older properties.
